Taking advantage of your home inspection or energy audit
After you’ve spoken with your CIBC advisor and determined the mortgage and chequing account that’s right for you:
1) Book your Home Inspection or Energy Audit appointment with AmeriSpec, Canada’s leading home inspection company, by calling 1 (866) 284-6010. To receive 500 Aeroplan
Miles, quote your Aeroplan Member number at the time of booking.
2) At the time of your inspection/audit, you will receive information on how you can receive preferred pricing and rebates for home-related products and services with your report.
3) Bring your AmeriSpec receipt to your CIBC branch after your inspection has been completed and you’ve paid for the service.
4) Your rebate (up to $500) will be deposited into your new or existing, qualifying CIBC chequing account, once your CIBC mortgage has funded.
5) You will also receive a CMHC Home Guide and an Energy Savings Guide in the mail!
