As part of the new Federal Government ecoENERGY Retrofit Program, AmeriSpec offices across the country are in need of full time home energy evaluators.
Successful candidates will meet with home owners and conduct an energy assessment on the home in accordance with established guidelines and issue computer generated reports to the homeowner and to AmeriSpec.
PLEASE NOTE: AmeriSpec of Canada does not hire or train independant Energy Evaluators. All evaluators are hired by the franchise offices.

Required:
- Relevant experience in home construction, home inspection, "house-as-a-system"
- Knowledge of energy efficient renovation practices
- Knowledge of residential building materials
- Knowledge of HVAC systems
- Knowledge of basic math and geometry
- Excellent communication and computer skills (internet and email)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Motivated self-starter
Full training & Benefits available (varies by office)
Compensation is commission based. Incentives and bonuses may be available based on performance (varies by office)
